  Horrible customer service!! Owner discriminated against a handicapped person. We rented the rooms to be closer to a wedding we were participating in. My brothers came to pick me up and my handicapped brother whom is partially paralyzed on the right side of his body had to use the bathroom. The minute my brother got inside the room the owner came over and started yelling at us getting all crazy and belligerent saying his rooms are not handicapped accessible and he had to leave. By all means I am not saying he was wrong because he has no insurance to cover if something happened to my brother. The owner was wrong because of how he conveyed his message yelling cursing and calling people out of their name is unacceptable. Bigger than all that he called the police on us. Once the police gets there the owner starts yelling at the police also. The owner obviously has some kind of anger issues and does not need to be in any type of customer service job!!! IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY IT'S HOW U SAY IT AND on that note I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THAT MOTEL TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!! Oh and he didn't want to give us fresh towels.
